LCI Melbourne presents a workshop for students studying VCE Art, presented by the Art Gallery of Ballarat.
In this interactive program during the school holidays, students will work with the Art Gallery of Ballarat Education Team to explore and learn about exhibition curation, design, conservation and presentation. The virtual tour will be followed by a hands-on workshop to consolidate and deepen their understanding.
Aligning with the VCE Art Making & Exhibiting curriculum, this is the perfect opportunity for secondary school students to understand how to investigate, understand, connect, present and conserve art. Students will also have the opportunity to meet with LCI Melbourne alumni for a curated tour of our Graduate Exhibition.
Afternoon tea with light refreshments will be provided.
I am not studying VCE Art Making & Exhibiting but I am interested. Can I still attend?
Yes, anyone with a keen interest in Visual Arts and Design can attend, however please note the content will be specific to VCE Art Making and Exhibiting.
Is the same content being delivered across both available dates?
Yes, the content will be the same on the 8th and 10th of April.
