Intermission: Opening Night

Join us for the Intermission Exhibition Opening Night. A celebration of bold ideas, fresh perspectives, and the evolving journeys of LCI Melbourne’s emerging artists and designers.

This special event showcases the work of our Design Lab 3 students as they reach the halfway point of their Bachelor of Design Arts. From visual art, design, fashion and more, discover an inspiring collection of projects that reflect the innovation and individuality of LCI Melbourne’s creative community.

We will also welcome a special guest who collaborated with fashion students during their Lab 3 designs, Simon Zradevski. Simon is the founder of Specialty Pleaters, Australia’s leading artisan pleating studio. His work bridges the gap between tradition and innovation, breathing new life into the timeless craft of pleating.

During opening night you’ll have the opportunity to meet the students, explore our campus, and see first-hand what it’s like to be part of an arts, design and business school that does things differently. Enjoy drinks, light refreshments, and a night surrounded by creativity.

If you can’t make opening night, be sure to visit the exhibition between 11 August - 19 September.
