Natasa Pitra-Grbic is a Fashion Entrepreneur, award-winning business owner, and Head of Business & Management at LCI Melbourne. With over 20 years’ experience across fashion design, business strategy, and global production, Natasa has worked with leading brands, dressed celebrity clients, and built her own successful label, PITRA.
She now mentors the next generation of creative entrepreneurs, blending real-world industry insights with business strategy and innovative thinking.
Darran Arabin-Gander

Darran Arabin-Gander is a highly experienced fashion industry professional and educator with over 20 years working across leading British and Australian fashion houses, universities and now the Head of Fashion and LCI Melbourne.
Specialising in pattern cutting, drape techniques, and couture construction, Darran brings a unique blend of technical expertise and creative innovation to his practice.
He has worked with renowned international labels including Dion Lee, Ralph & Russo, Emilio Pucci, Loewe, and Christian Lacroix, and has contributed to iconic fashion moments - including the legendary white dress worn by Kylie Minogue in the, Can’t Get You Out of My Head, video.
Bryanah D’Costa

Bryanah D’Costa is a Fashion & Costume Design student at LCI Melbourne creating bold, oversized streetwear that speaks to identity, belonging, and the experience of growing up between cultures. Her work turns personal memory into visual impact, using scale, silhouette, and attitude to challenge what it means to “fit in.”
Bryanah’s collection debuted on the runway at Melbourne Fashion Week, and she recently secured Second Place in the Emerging Designer Award presented by Vogue at Fashions on the Field.Got questions about the event?
