Luxury Hotel Designer for the Day
- January 20, 2026
- 9:30 AMto 11:30 AM
- 150 Oxford Street, Collingwood, 3066
This hands-on workshop introduces high school students to the creative world of interior design through the development of a luxury hotel suite concept for a well-known celebrity. You’ll start by reading a creative brief and building a mood board that captures their style, personality and vibe, while exploring colour, textures and visual storytelling.
Next, you’ll select key “hero” furniture and décor pieces that define the look and feel of your space, then bring your concept to life using a simple floorplan. You’ll zone out areas like sleeping, lounging and getting ready, and add one standout design feature to elevate your suite.
Designed to be fun, relaxed and totally beginner-friendly, this workshop gives you a real taste of what it’s like to think like an interior designer, no experience required, just curiosity, creativity and a willingness to try something new.
