A Creative Start to Trimester 1

Welcome Week 2025 marked the beginning of Trimester 1, bringing together new and returning students as they embark on a new academic journey at LCI Melbourne. The week was designed to help students settle in, build connections and immerse themselves in the creative community.

So, what did we get up to during Welcome Week?

It all started with Orientation Day, where new students met their peers, explored the campus, and got a feel for life at LCI. Group activities and challenges helped break the ice, ease first-day nerves, and spark friendships that will support them throughout their studies.

Then came one of our favourite events of the trimester—the Welcome Lunch! A chance for returning students to reconnect with friends and mentors while welcoming new faces into the LCI community. With great food, great conversations, and plenty of laughter, it was the perfect way to kick off the journey ahead!
