In January 2022, we invite you to join us for a month of creativity!

LCI Melbourne’s Open House activities will kick off with two free workshops. If you’re looking for a fun filled way to stay creative over summer, we have the perfect solution!

Discover the relationship between fashion and costume design on January 12th, then learn how to unpack the meaning of brands to create your own on January 14th. Both workshops will have a morning and afternoon session for you to choose from and if you really want to liberate your creativity, we encourage you to stay for the day!

FASHION & COSTUME DESIGN 

January 12th | 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm

Spend two hours discovering the close relationship between commercial fashion, conceptual fashion, wearable art and costume design. What do they have in common? What makes them unique? From an industry brief you will develop a small cohesive capsule collection across a selection of the above design areas.

PERSONAL BRANDING 

January 14th | 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm

Unpack the meaning and influence of brands over two hours in this immersive and practical workshop. If you were a brand sitting on a shelf, what shape, colour, sound, smell and price would you be? More importantly, who would take you off the shelf? Discover the secrets of personal branding then develop your own brand blueprint based off your findings.
